USEC Inc. (USU) Week of May 6th

Recently USU has made a slight comeback along with a few of the other uranium stocks currently trading. Here is a six month chart including the 50 day moving average (as of the close on May 6, 2008).

After tough going USU has recently pushed above its 50 day moving average.

3 Month USU Chart

After hitting lows below $4 per share, USU has recently settled under a new support level of around $5.

While its too early to say any uranium stocks are completely out of the water, USU could be poised to push its way back up. Remembering that stock prices have no memory (forgetting the 52 week high of $25+) USU will be interesting to watch over the course of the next few weeks.
